Allow all flooring materials to acclimatize on-site for at least 48 hours before installation. Maintain a consistent room temperature and humidity during and after laying. Always leave expansion gaps around walls and fixed objects to accommodate movement.

The subfloor must be clean, dry, level, and stable. Moisture content should not exceed 75% relative humidity (RH). Any unevenness greater than 3mm over 2 metres should be corrected with levelling compound before installation.
